IRRIGATION SCHEME.
SOUTH CANTERBURY LANDS,
Construction work on the Levels county irrigation scheme in ' South Canterbury will give employment to approximately 120 men for a period of from 18 months to two years. Arrangements are being made to start tlte work immediately and the unemployment bureaux in the district have been asked to arrange for allocations of relief workers.
