Dr Toyohiko Kugawa, the Japanese Christian leader, leaves by the Niagara to-morrow after giving 89 addresses to over 60,000 people in the Dominion. lie said he felt it Wrong that there should be so many unemployed in the Dominion. He believed it was partly due to New Zealand’s concntrating too much on English markets and neglecting Eastern markets.
