AIONARCHY v. REPUBLIC. (Times Cables.)^ Received June 24, 8.5 a.m. LON DUN, June 23. The Times’s Athens correspondent says that General Kondylis, deputyPremier and War Minister, hitherto one of the strongest supporters of the Republican regime, has stupefied itepublican circles by publicly declauiig that he hoped the coming plebiscite would give a large majority m favour of the Alonarchy, as the republic had failed to stabilise political life.
