LONDON TOURNEY ENDS. LONDON, June 21. Additional results in the London tennis tournament at the Queen s Club courts include: Women’s singles. Semi-finals: Senorita Lizana beat Miss Noel, 4—6, 6 —3. 6 —4; Allle. Henrotin beat Signorina Valerio, 6 —S, 6 —4, 6 —3. Men’s singles.—Semi-finals: Jones (U.S.A.) beat Prenn (Germany), 2—6, 60, 6—3; Allison (U.S.A.) beat Budge (U.S.A.), 10 —8, 6 —3. Women’s doubles. — Aide. Jedrezjowska and Aliss Noel beat Airs Hopman and Aliss Hartigan, B—6, 4—6. 6—3. Aten’s doubles. —Semi-finals: Budge and Mako beat Gandardower and Leborman, 6 —l, 6—3; Hughes _aiui Tuekey beat Wood and Afaier, 7 —5, 75. Final: Hughes and Tuekey beat Budge and Ahtko, 4—6, 6 —3, 6 —4. Alixed doubles. —Quarter-final: Alako and Aliss Thomas beat Hopman and Airs Hopman, I—6, 10—S, 7—5. The singles semi-finalists divide the finals, which were cancelled owing to rain having extended the tournament. The players did not wish to tire themselves before Wimbledon. Hopman. commenting on the play, says the tournament concluded in bright sunshine. Allison and Budge showed that the American Cup challenge is particularly strong. Allison played with the vigour of several years ago.
