, i INCREASED DEMAND. Received April 24, 11.40 a.m. AMSTERDAM, ' April 23. The Minister of Public Works has approved of a. bi-weekly service to be operated by the K.L.M. line from Amsterdam to Batavia. Previously the Post Office had opposed a bi-weelcly service, because it was thought that the Imperial Airways London to Australia service rendered the increase unnecessary.
