BRITAIN AND SOUTH AMERICA. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 13. The Prince of Wales presided last night at the third annual meeting of the Ibera-American Institute of Great Britain. . . The report on the institute’s activities in 1934 was described by the Prince as most satisfactory, and he expressed the hope that the institute would continue its useful work in strengt!'♦.ling cultural relations between’ Britain and South American countries.
