EUROPEAN TALKS
IN MOSCOW AND BERLIN. THE PROBABLE BASIS. ARRANGEMENTS COMPLETED. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (British Official AVireless.) Received March 15, 11.15 a.m. RUGBY, March 14. The conversations which Sir John Simon and Air R. A. Eden will have with Herr Hitler and Ins Ministers in Berlin on March 25 and 26 will have as their basis the communique issued after tho Anglo-French London conversations. The Times anticipates that the four central points to come under examination will bo tho suggested air pact of the Locarno Powers, tho eastern pact, the possibility of a Central European pact, and an arms convention. Arrangements have been completed for the visit of Air Eden to Aloscow. Air Eden will leave Berlin by tram on the night of March 26 and arrive at Moscow on the morning of Alarch 28. During his stay of four days he will have an opportunity to discuss with Al. Stalin, At. Litvinoff, and other prominent members of the Russian Administration the general European situation in the light of the AngloFrench communique of February 3. Air Eden will leave Aloscow on the night of March 31 and proceed to Warsaw.
