HONOUR FROM EDINBURGH • UNIVERSITY.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 11. The University of Edinburgh has decided to confer upon Lord Biedisloe the honorary degree of LL.D., and His Excellency has accepted an invitation to proceed to Edinburgh on June 28, after his return home, in order to receive it.
