PAHIATUA, Alarch 2. A very jdeasing function took place at the Konini School on Thursday afternoon, when the school children said good-bye to Aliss P. Fear, who was severing her connection with the school. Aliss Fear lias been nearly six years at Konini and during that time has been mast popular with her pupils. Airs I. Cl alow, formerly of “Rangedalo,” Pori, leaves in a fortnight by the Rangitiki on a trip to England. Airs F. Brown, of Konini, has returned from a holiday spent in Featlierston. Aliss Elsie Alurrell and Aliss Emily Osborne, of Pahiatua, are spending a holiday in Auckland. Mr and Alts T. B. Ferguson, of Napier, and Air and Airs L. Rolls, also of Napier, were the guests this week of Air and Airs G. Smith. Haraua.
