INTER-CENTRE MATCH. VISIT TO WANGANUI. Rinks representing the Manawatu Bowling Centre will journey to Wanganui to-morrow to play an inter-centre match. The Palmerston North Club will be represented by the following: —Killick, W. J. Croucher, A. S. Bayliss, Paton (skip); Kells, Wimsett, D. J. Lovelock, Boniface (skip); Simmons, Lawson, Brown, N. H. Nash. (skip). The Terrace End Club will be represented by Snell, Locke, Tantrum, O’Shea (skip). Foxton, Feilding and Oroua are also to provide one rink each. The Takaro Club is unable to be represented on account of holding its gala day, and the Manawatu Club is unable to obtain a rink. CLUB TOURNEY. PALMERSTON NORTH FIXTURE. Limited to 14 rinks, which are now available, a full day tournament is to be held on Saturday by the Palmerston North Club. There will bo five games of 12 heads each. Rinks competing will be skipped by Arnott, Skoglund. J. Croucher. Ramsay Mowlem (Palmerston North); Way and Moore (Feilding); Co-bridge and McDonald (Manawatu); Fenwick (Northern); O’Shea, Johnson, Gordon, and Childs (Terrace End). CHAMPION SINGLES. DRAW FOR SATURDAY. The champion of champion singles tournament, which was entered upon last Saturday at the Northern green, will be resumed at 9.30 a.m. this Saturday when the draw will he as follows :—Kershaw (Terrace End), 2 lives, v. Martin (Oroua), 1 life ; Bnry (Pahn.erston North). 1 life v. latere (Dannevirke), 1 life. MANSON AND BARR CUP. In a challenge for the Malison ami Barr Cup, held by the Pahiatua Bowling Club, a Northern club rink was defeated by 27 points to 12, on Sunday. The teams were as follow:—Pahiatua : E. H. Lett, P. M. Walsh, C. Petersen, Kershaw (skip) 27. Northern: Parsons, Binns, Stuart, Sharinan (skip) 12. DIXON CUP GAME. A rink from the Woodville Bowling Club on Saturday challenged for the Dixon Cup. held by the Pahiatua Club. The Pahiatua rink successfully defended the trophy in an excellent contest. The detailed result was: Pahiatua: P. Bissett, W. Britland Johnson, W. Britland, junr. (skip) 25 v. Woodville : L. Skinner, S' Aim, W. Curry, H. P. Horne (skip) 22.
