FATALLY INJURED.

ELDERLY WOMAN’S DEATH. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, March 3. Serious injuries, which later proved fatal, were sustained this morning by Miss Delia Daley, aged 67, when she was struck by a motor car driven by Michael Joseph Gilfedder. a taxidriver, at the intersection of Eyre and Nith Streets about 8.10 o’clock. She was conveyed to the Southland Hospital suffering from head injuries and a broken right leg, and died about 11.30 a.m.
