FISHERMEN DROWNED.
OFF MOROCCAN COAST. CASABLANCA (Morocco), March 1. Twelve were drowned when a lifeboat capsized on its way to rescue a Spanish smack which was driven oil the rocks in a terrific gale. Huge seas battered the smack to pieces. Ten fishermen were drowned and one reached the slioie.
