WOMEN GOLFERS.

THE ENGLISH TEAM. THREE WEEKS’ VISIT. Received February 15, 9.50 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 14. The Ladies’ Golf Union emphasises that the ten players invited for the Australian and New Zealand tour will he reduced to five before the departure. Those selected at present are the most prominent internationals, but more may be considered if they reveal form in the coming fixtures, particularly in the open championship. The team will leave on July 12 and arrive at Fremantle on August 13. It will spent six weeks in Australia and three weeks in New Zealand.
