GREETINGS TO PREMIER.

AT DOWNING STREET. The British Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald), as a fellownative'of Morayshire, received Mr MacCallum Smith, of the Western Australian secession delegation, at No. 10 Downing Street. Mr Smith, as president of the Scottish Union in Western Australia, conveyed greetings to Mr MacDonald, who, in response, recalled the hospitality he had received in Western Australia.
