SCATTERED RAINS. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. The only pressure changes have been a slight fall over New Zealand, espe—ciallv to the north, and a slight rise at Chatham Island. A continuance of the present type of weather is, therefore, indicated. Forecast: Light to moderate southeast to north-east winds. Weather: Mainly fair and warm, but scattered local rains probable, more especially west of tho ranges. Seas, smooth to moderate. MANAWATU RIVER GAUGE. Noon. —2ft. 3in.
