DROWNING TRAGEDY
SEIZED WITH CRAMP. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, Jan. 18. While bathing in the Waiapu River at Rangitukiif this afternoon, a Maori, Hauiti Poi, of Tikitiki, a marred man, aged 30, disappeared. He was apparently seized with cramp. It is thought the body was washed out to sea.
