REMARKABLE SURGERY.
BY NEW ZEALANDER. LONDON, Jan. 17. A 12-year old girl, Cvnthia Wilson, whose bead and face were So badly injured in a motor accident that muses prayed for her death,- has been restored to normal appearance by Sir Harold Gillies, the New Zealand plastic surgeon. “It is one of tlie finest jobs Sir Harold has done,” said tlie counsel at the Bucks Assizes, which granted the girl £IOOO damages and costs.
