APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER.
LONDON. Jan. 12
Mr Justice Eve, in the Chancery Division. appointed a receiver-managei to the Sunbeam Motor Company on the application of a debenture-holder, whose counsel said the company was at tlie end of its resources. He asked power for the receiver to borrow £IO,OOO. The Judge granted the request subject to tlie trustees’ consent.
