IMPORTANT DISCUSSIONS
GENEVA, Jan. 13
Many important conversations have been field between the leading delegations to the League. M. Laval gave Mr R. A. Eden a detailed account of the Franco-Ttalinn agreement, while Sir John Simon devoted himself to efforts to have the Italo-Abyssinian dispute settled directly between' the parties, instead of by. the Council.
