Received January 14, 12.15 p.m. GENEVA, Jan. 13.

The first person outside the Saar officials to know the result of the plebiscite will be Baron Aloisi, the chairman of the League’s Saar Committee, who will by telephone receive the figures on Monday night, after which ho will immediately consult with the representatives of Britain, France, and other Powers. Then resolutions relating to the future governance of the Saar will be drafted.
