BRITISH SEAMEN.
RESTORATION OF WAGES. Received January 12, 1.30 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 11. The Shipowners’ National Maritime Board at a meeting offered partial restoration of the wages cuts to officers, engineers and seamen and will ratify the terms on February i if the unions accept.
