Captain W. Cheyne-Macpherson, of Scotland, who has concluded a tour of New Zealand, left for Sydney by the Marama this week.

Pastor Wesley E. Richards, of the United Evangelical Church, who is conducting special services in Wellington, expects to return to Palmerston North next week.

Mr C. G. Burton, travelling secretary of the Methodist Young Men’s Bible Class Movement, has been on a brief visit to Palmerston North and has left for the Wairarapa. Bishop Liston, Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland, and Rev. Dr. L. T. Buxton, administrator of the diocese, left by the Marama this week to attend the Eucharistic Congress in Melbourne. Bishop Brodie, of Christchurch, has left for Sydney. He also will attend the Victorian Eucharistic Congress in Melbourne.
