AFFILIATION CASE.

ADJOURNMENT REFUSED. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Nov. 23. In giving liis reserved decision in an affiliation case the Magistrate (Mr Bundle) said that while the evidence afforded by blood tests would be of great value in all cases, the Court had no power to order that they be made, and defendant’s application for an adjournment for six months from the date of the child’s birth to enable blood tests to be made to assist in determining the question of paternity was refused.
