Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. The council of the New Zealand Aero Club to-day decided that the schedule of' minimum fares to be submitted to the Transport Co-ordination Board be the minimum charges per hour for each type of machine at present in use by clubs. , , The annual meeting of the club is being held this afternoon.
