RESTRICTION BEING EXERCISED.
Received November 5, 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 4. The Star says the Lord Chamberlain has refused permission to broadcast the King’s speech at the opening of the Institute of British Architects on the ground that it is undesirable that His Majesty’s voice should become commonplace, but should be reseivcd foi special occasions.
