ARREST IN SPAIN.
THE PRESIDENT’S SON. (Times Cable.) LONDON, Nov. 1. The Madrid correspondent of the Times says Corporal Zamora, son of the President, was arrested because when recruits were ordered an extra month of service owing to the political situation he addressed others saying: “Why don’t we all go home?”
