PALMERSTON NORTH CITY COUNCIL. PUBLIC NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Palmerston North City Council, held on Monday, the 15th day of October, 1934, the following Resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation, at a Special Meeting on the Council held on FRIDAY, the 16th day of November, 1934, at 10.15 a.m., at the Council Chambers, The Square, Palmerston North: “That the Palmerston North By-laws Nos. 1 and 5 be respectively amended and repealed, as set out in such Resolution, and that the By-laws set out in such Resolution be made, and that the short title thereto shall be, ‘The Palmerston North By-law No. 9’.” The said amendments, repeals and By-laws relate to: (a) The parking of motor vehicles, (b) Carriage of goods on bicycles, (c) Processions. (d) Placing circulars in cars. (e) Placards. (f) Sunday Games. (g) Sale of Milk. (h) Sale and Manufacture of Ice Cream and Ices. (i) Sweeping of Footpaths. (j) Bathing at Watershed Reserve, (k) Conduct in Reserves. (1) License fees for vehicles. (m) Licensing of vehicles carrying goods for hire. , A Copy of such amendments, repeals nnd By-laws is deposited at the Office of the Town Clerk, the Council Chambers, The Square, Palmerston North, and will be open to the inspection of the Public during office hours from Ist November, 1934, to 15th November, 1934 (inclusive.)
