JEWISH EMIGRANTS.

DEPARTURES FROM GERMANY. Received November 3, 1.10 p.m. BERLIN, Nov. 2. The Central Union of Jews announces that in the past two years 60,000 Jews have emigrated from Germany, of whom 30,000 went to France. Only six to seven thousand went to Palestine. There are still 475,000 Jews in Germany, while an additional 30,000 of non-Jewish faith are affected by the Aryan clause.
