REPORT ON INDIAN REFORM.
MOVE FOR SIMULTANEOUS PUBLICATION. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 1, 11.25 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 31. Two members of the Joint Select Committee on Indian Reform will move in the House of Commons a motion, on Thursday, for simultaneous publication of the report and the minutes in Britain and India. That the proposal will be made by these members and not by the Government is due to the fact that the suggestion for simultaneous publication emanates from the Joint Committee itself.
A similar motion in the House of Lords will be submitted by Lord Linlithgow.
It is anticipated that the report will be available to members on the evening of November 22.
