MEXICAN AFFAIRS.
CHARGES BY PRESIDENT. MEXICO CITY, Oct. 30. . Repeating his charges that Catholic clergy were attempting to overthrow the Mexican Government by force, President Abelardo Rodriguez to-day instructed the Attorney-General (Senor Portes Gil) to investigate and “act with all energy” to bring charges against those whom he found involved.
