ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH
MEN’S CLUB. A successful final meeting for the year of the. St. Andrew’s Men’s Club was held in the Memorial Hall last evening wlicn ther<3 was a good attendanee Dr. McDowell gave a most interesting travel talk with lantern slides of countries which he had visited Mr W. B. Tennent and Mr Dewe (Eeilding) contributed musical items. M r F. A. Wilson gave a delightful paper on the origin of clubs. A story tellin® - competition was indulged in bv the members tor which a prize was won bv Air Campion. Supper was provided by the ladies of the congiegation Mr W. L. Macpherson proposed a vote'of thanks to the performers and U> the ladies.
