FUTURES TRADING.
ARGENTINE ANNOUNCEMENT. Received November 1, 1.10 p.m. BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 31. The directors of the grain market have announced the opening of futures trading in wheat and linseed oil for the new,crop to be delivered in February. Dealings in futures will not be subjected to price fixing by the Federal Grain Board.
