CANADIAN STABILISATION. WINNIPEG, Oct. 29. Whatever restrictions or control the Federal Government places on the Winnipeg grain exchange the Government stabilisation policy will be continued, according to an announcement to-night by Mr McFarland. WORLD SURPLUSES. INTERNATIONAL ESTIMATE. ROME, Oct. 29. The International Institute of Agriculture estimates the world’s available wheat surpluses for export at 27,400,000 metric tons, including a carry-over of 17,800,000 tons. Importing countries’ requirements are set at 16,600,000 metric tons, compared with 14,900,000 tons last year.
