ARMISTICE DAY.

ARRANGEMENTS IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) Received October 31, 11.20 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 30. According to the present arrangements, the King will attend the Armistice Day celebrations at the Cenotaph in Whitehall and place a wreath on the memorial shortly before 11 o’clock. Wreaths will also be deposited by the Prince of Wales and the Duke of York, and others will be laid on behalf of other members of tho Royal Family. The funeral sendee at the Cenotaph will follow the observance of the twominutes silence.
