The Sydney Morning Herald’s Canberra correspondent says proposals for the early flotation of a £15,000,000 internal loan for the dual purpose of works and funding Treasury bills have been agreed upon by the Loan Council and the Commonwealth Bank Board. The terms of the loan have not yet been settled.
