SCRATCHINGS ANNOUNCED. MELBOURNE, Oct. 29. Melbourne Cup . scratch ings include Aztec, Oro, Wallopian, Chief Light, and Titanium. Derby scratchings are: Limyris, Barak, and Titanium. H. Skidmore will probably ride Sir Simper, and H. Olsen Gladswood in the Cup. Limbohm is an acceptor for Wednesday's Kyneton Handicap. Broad Arrow is a definite runner m Thursday’s postponed Ascot Cup. Wnikare is returning to Sydney immediately.
