MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL Oct. 29. In the Police Court to-day, Arthur Cecil Hormann, aged 21, a farm-labour-er was charged with having negligently driven a motor-cycle, thereby causing the death of Judith Burnliilde Thompson, who died on October 7 following an accident on AVaikiwi bridge. Miss Thompson was riding pillion on Hormann s motor-cycle when it collided with a car on the bridge. Hormann was committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court.
