THE FUN OF THE FAIR!
AT THE SHOW TO-MORROAV.
It is almost here! . . , and, if old Man AA'eather will only lift his frown to-day, and favour us with a beaming smile tomorrow, what a time is in store for patrons of the A. and P. Association’s Spring Show. The Showgrounds represent a beehive of industry. Carpenters, painters, and electricians are busily engaged on a record number of trade display stalls which are rapidly approaching completion. The side shows are growing up like mushrooms; merry-go-rounds, hoop-las, and a number of new novelties jire being provided to satisfy the amusement capacity of the largo crowds expected. The Motor Olympia presents a. most attractive picture and one could spend quite a few hours interestedly inspecting the beautiful modern designs depicted in this colossal display. There are all the indications that this Show will witness a revival of public interest in Palmerston North’s big event, and those responsible hope that local and district residents will demonstrate their appreciation of its value to the city by visiting the Showgrounds to-morrow or on succeedings days.
