LAUNCH ON FIRE.
TWO BOYS DROWNED. Received October 29, 10.15 a.m.SYDNEY, Oct. 29. Two boys were drowned in the Hawkesbury River while they were attempting to struggle ashore after their launch had burst into flamee. Bentley Mitchell, aged 14, lost his life in a gallant attempt to save his companion, Frederick Stevens, aged 13. A third occupant of the boat, Darcy Stevens, aged 18, brother of Frederick Stevens, was saved.
