LOAN OF £73,000.
AUCKLAND RELIEF PLAN

, , . . AUCKLAND, Oct. 29. A decision to raise a loan of £73,600 when and as required was made by the City Council to-day. The money would be used for a programme of unemployed relief works at standard rates of pay. The proposal requires the sanction of the Loans Board and also of the ratepayers.
