FRENCH SOCIALISTS.
INTERNATIONAL AIR FORCE DESIRED.
Received October 29, 8.5 a.m
PARIS, Oct. 27. The Radical Socialist Congress adopted the report of the ex-Air Minister (M. Cot), demanding an international fleet of 1000 aeroplanes, advocating control by the League of Nations of arms manufacture, disarmament, and international police. The report added would amply suffice for Europe’s needs and at one-fifth of the cost of the present air forces. The' conference decided not to declare war on M. Doumergue and disrupt the party truce, but to oppose M. Doumergue’s plan.
