FORMER PRESIDENT’S REMARKS MEXICO CITY, Oct. 24. General Plutarco Calles, a former President, talking to deputies and senators who visited his home to-night, said the Mexican Catholics are preparing a subversive movement which will rapidly bring about a crisis, “which the Government will know how to meet.” He said he was in favour of the expulsion of Archbishops and Bishops from the country.
