TESTS AT MASSEY COLLEGE. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, Oct. 26. Following on the failure of the no levy scheme, Professor G. S. * * nounced to-day that Massey Col g> at the request of certain New Zealand breeders, has decided to test farme flocks for hairiness at a small lee cover the actual costs. Six locks will be collected from selected positions on each sheep aa minute reports will be made on , for hairiness and other defects. A c. index system will be employed for easy reference in the event of the sale of > animal. , ~ , This is an attempt to meet the remands that the purchasers shall exactly what they are buying.
