BY AIR LINERS. AGREEMENT ALREADY MADE. TWO BIG GROUPS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received October 25, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 24. Imperial Airways have stated that they have formed a joint agreement with Pan-American Airways for the joint operation of a transatlantic air service when this proves practicable.
