BY AIR LINERS. AGREEMENT ALREADY MADE. TWO BIG GROUPS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received October 25, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 24. Imperial Airways have stated that they have formed a joint agreement with Pan-American Airways for the joint operation of a transatlantic air service when this proves practicable. Thus, by 1939, the associations of these companies will probably be able to offer a round-the-world service in eight days. Plans for the routes are still indefinite.
