WHEAT MARKET.
STEADIER UNDERTONE. Received October 25, 11.45 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 24. Wheat cargoes have a steadier undertone in view of the better North American advices and some fears of rust in the Argentine new crop. Quotations are unchanged and tho demand is slow. Parcels are steady, Manitobas being occasionally lid to 3d dearer. Australians have held up and Plates are slightly dearer. I 1 utures:—London : December, 20s 10d,; February, 21s lid; April, 22s 5d P?lj quarter, Liverpool: October, 4s lid; December, 5s l|d; March 5s sid; May, 5s 7§d per cental.
