The Australian decision to spread butter shipments to Britain, limiting exports to 2500 tons a week, has already secured an improved tone on.the London market. The manager of the Australian Dairy Board said prices had risen by 3s to 4s a hundredweight from the lowest level, and are firm at the advanced rate.
