'AUSTRIAN VICE-CHANCELLOR.
VIENNA, Oct. 20,
An attempt on the life of Prince Starhemberg was frustrated by a policeman, who at midnight saw two armed men in a car waiting for the ViceChancellor, who was due to pass from a meeting at headquarters of the Heimwelir. The armed men drove off when observed. The number of their car proved to be a fake.
