NEW DESTROYER.
TRIALS UNDERGONE.
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 13. The destroyer Electra- left the Tyne to-day for her trials, and afterward proceeded to Portsmouth. Of the destroyers ordered under the 1931 programme, the Electra is the second to be completed.
