QUIETNESS' URGED. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. B._ In connection with the anti-noiso campaign, a public meeting at Portsmouth last night decided to send a protest to the Air Ministry against noisy aeroplane engines and low flying of aircraft. -
