FREE STATE PENSIONS.
RISING RECALLED. ReceiveS August 6 10.55 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 5. The Sketch’s Dublin correspondent says the Irish Free State_ I orces Pensions Bill proposes a pension for every male who took part on either side in the 1916 and the 1922 civil war. Mr De Valera says the pensioning of whomsoever according to his own lights fought for or against the State then established will assist to heal the open sores.
